The Games and Sports activity is must in day to day life of the student, When  a student participates in games and sports he will gain fitness of the body and the fitness will be helpful while working in a company /factory.  Hence keeping in view of the above, to meet the physical activity of the students we have the play Areana in our Institution play ground.

The above said Play Areanas are being regularly maintained and are used for regular practice of the enthusiastic sports participants.
Further, we are conducting Independence Day, Sports Day and Republic Day, etc. in the academic year. Our students also participate in Inter Polytechnic Sports and Games Meet, which is being conducted under the aegis of the Department of Technical Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh Mangalagiri.
In the Inter Polytechnic Sports and Games Meet (regional meet) the following events are being conducted keeping in view of the play areanas available in most of the institutions.

The Inter Polytechnic Sports and Games meet has been conducted in the year 2022-2023 in our Institution in which nearly 1270 polytechnic students have participated from Visakhapatnam region comprises three districts namely Visakhapatnam, Anakapalle, Alluri Sita Rama Raju. The enrolled students of Government and Private Polytechnics participate in the Inter Polytechnic Sports and Games Meet (Regional)
    More over the winner’s team in the game events such as Volley ball, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, badminton, Table Tennis, Chess,
Ball Badminton, and 1st & 2nd place holders in athletics will participate in the Polytechnic Sports and Games Meet (State Level) from all the 13 regions.  Nearly 1500 students will participate in the Games Meet. 
Further, The Meritorious students from Inter Polytechnic Sports meet will be selected, and they will participate in the All India South Zone Inter Polytechnic Sports and Games Meet.  In the All India Zone Meet comprises of 5 states namely Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
 
Further More There is sports quota reservation of 0.05% for diploma students in ECET (for FDH) to get admission in to Engineering courses (Lateral entry) in the state of Andhra Pradesh and also meritorious students of All India South Zone Inter Polytechnic Sports and games meet are eligible to get jobs in Central Government and State Government agencies.
